Group Rate Details
Extended Stays: The negotiated group rate is available for one night before and one night after the convention. Additional nights may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Limited Availability: A limited number of rooms are reserved at the group rate. We will monitor reservations and request additional rooms when possible. Once the room block is full, prevailing hotel rates will apply.

Reservation Deadline: February 9, 2027
Reservations must be made by February 9, 2027, to qualify for the negotiated group rate, subject to room availability. After this date, unreserved rooms will be released, and new reservations will be subject to availability and prevailing hotel rates.
We encourage attendees to book early to secure the group rate.
